Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We aren't responsible for delays due to customs.

Processing Time

Orders are dispatched within 1-5 working days - this may be longer during busy periods, but we will always endeavour to have your items to you as son as possible! If your item is made to order, please allow the approximate additional time for it to be created.


If you are unhappy with your purchase in any way please do not hesitate to get in touch and I will do everything I can to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

Returns and exchanges are accepted. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return, and ship items back within 30 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition including any original packaging. We aim to refund within 14 days of receipt of returned item.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We advise you use a tracked service for returns as if the item doesn't reach us we aren't responsible and will be unable to refund you.

Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Faulty Items

All Little Miss Delicious jewellery is made by hand, and strict quality control is exercised before each item is posted. If an item is fault for any reason, we want to put it right.

Please send an email prior to shipping the item back describing the fault and choose from a replacement, an exchange or a refund. When sending the item back please wrap the item carefully in a well-sealed padded envelope and return the item via a tracked service such as Signed For Delivery, as we cannot take responsibility if the parcel is lost in transit. The cost of postage for returning the item will be refunded where appropriate.

If more than 28 days have passed, we will offer to repair or replace the item depending on which is most suitable. If the item cannot be replaced, we will offer an exchange, a credit note or a refund. Please note if the item shows signs of significant wear, the refund may be less than the original price. If more than 6 months have passed we will still repair the item, but this may incur a small cost, plus postage fees. Please contact us in this situation to see if a repair is possible and to receive an estimated cost. 

What to do if your order hasn't arrived

If 15 days after the expected delivery date your order is still not with you, please contact us with your order number.

Claims for lost items must be made within 70 calendar days of postage. As orders are sent to the shipping address specified in your order, we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost as a result of addresses being incorrectly typed when you placed the order. Please get in touch asap if you notice an error in the address entered.
